"We", "us" and "our" refer to seelct. "You" refers to the person using this website or placing an order.

About our products

We sell fragrance samples decanted from genuine, sealed bottles into smaller vials. Our vials are our own; they do not carry the original manufacturer's packaging.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised distributor for any fragrance house named on this website. Brand names are used only to identify the fragrance contained in the vial.

Volumes are nominal. Small variations are normal in hand-decanting.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order — most often because an item has sold out — we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot verify the delivery address.

Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We do not store your card details; payment is handled by our payment provider.

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Age

You must be 18 or over to buy from this website.

Using this website

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use. Product descriptions, photography and written content on this site belong to us.

We take care to describe products accurately, including fragrance notes. Notes are drawn from published sources and describe the composition, not a guarantee of how a fragrance will smell on you. Scent is affected by individual skin chemistry.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses — these terms cover consumer sales only.

Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are not affected by these terms.

Email hello@seelct.com and we will respond within five working days. We aim to resolve complaints directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
