Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

We are not able to ship fragrance internationally. Perfume is classified as a flammable liquid and is prohibited in international mail. This is a carrier restriction we cannot work around, and we would rather say so plainly than take an order we cannot fulfil.

Cost

Standard delivery is £2.99.

Delivery is free on orders of £15 or more.

Service and timing

We send all orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within two to three working days. You will receive tracking by email once your parcel is on its way.

Orders are dispatched within one to two working days of payment clearing. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Royal Mail occasionally takes longer, particularly in December.

How your order is packed

Fragrance is a restricted item in the post. Every order is packed to Royal Mail's requirements for consumer commodities: vials are cushioned inside a rigid outer box and the parcel carries the required ID8000 label. This is why fragrance cannot be sent as a letter, and why our delivery cost is what it is.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email hello@seelct.com with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, do not use it. Photograph it as it arrived and email hello@seelct.com. We will replace or refund it in full.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, we will contact you. We can resend it, but a second delivery charge applies.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot change it once the parcel is with Royal Mail.
